Chelsea House Women’s Wellness Workshop
This event is hosted monthly by our nonprofit organization (Temple Fit Health, Inc.) for the residents of the Chelsea House residential ministry for women in crisis. Workshops include faith-based lessons on physical, spiritual, mental and emotional, intellectual, career and financial, and social wellness.
